In the village of Sunvale, there is a big, old banyan tree called **[[The Wisdom Tree]]**. Everyone says it listens to the stories of all the people who sit under it.One day after school, you see an **[[old man]]** sitting under the tree. He is trying to take something out of his bag but is having a hard time.

“We must respect and help our elders.”
You stop and think…
**[[What should you do?]]**

“Do you need help, sir?”
He smiles happily and nods. You **[[help him]]** take his notebook from his bag. He tells you fun stories about when he was young—how he played, learned, and made mistakes, just like children do today.

As you walk away, you hear the leaves of the Wisdom Tree rustling softly, almost like they’re disappointed..

“Thank you for your kindness.”
You feel proud because you helped someone who needed you. You decide you will always show respect to elders.
This is the Kindness Ending.

{embed image: 'heart.jpg'}Later that week, you see the old man again, still struggling with his bag. This time, you feel bad about not helping before, so you go to him and offer your help.
He smiles and says:
“We all grow old one day. Helping others makes the world better.”
You learn an important lesson:
Helping elders is the right thing to do.
This is the Responsibility Ending.
